Red, because based on the premise of knowing that the truth is out there, I could not go back to everyday life and not learn it. The blue pill brings with it life that you know is not true and real.

It's not easy to take either of them. Both are a risk. The risk of the red pill is obvious; the blue pill brings the risk that you will go mad not being able to go back and take the red pill when it gets to be too much for you (the 'not knowing').
