Err...I don't get it. It is too weird. Is there a font abuse support group?

Then start reading blogs like Typographica and visiting some amazing type foundries. Many of them offer a few free fonts and you can often order a print catalogue. I have loved typefaces ever since I was a little boy. My favourite prize in cereal boxes was when I got some Letraset. My grandparents would save it from their cereal boxes and give it to me on Easter and Christmas.

Comic Sans is used very inappropriately. I have never used it and never will. It's on par with acid wash jeans and fanny packs. I have no problem with Helvetica being overused.
