Saint Augustine "Confessions"

Unread postby OneWayRawk » Thu Aug 14, 2008 7:21 pm

So this is how it goes in our house:

You will see me reading about Saint Augustine

And you will see my wifey reading about Saint Francis--

AND NEITHER OF US ARE CATHOLIC! haha
......................................

I think I'm drawn to Saint Augustine because I can realte to his troubles growing up as a young guy-----and searching to be where you need to be (or ought to be) in your relationship with Jesus.....

I'm about half way through with Confessions and although its taking me some time to read....when I do actually sit down and start reading its hard for me to stop!!

Anybody else reading or read this book??
